Description
The primary belt cleaner is installed under the center line of the head drum. It is suitable for primary cleaning of materials with large water content, and for one-way operation, cleaning of the conveyor belt of mechanical, cold, or hot vulcanized joints, protecting the belt from damage and prolonging the service life of the belt.

Application:
Conveyor Belt Cleaners keep belts clean, eliminating carryback and making conveyor systems safer and more productive. The cleaners have a sturdy PUR blade that provides effective removal of material from belt conveyors handling coal, cement, mining, and other industry fields.
Secondary cleaners are defined as any cleaners located in the secondary position on the return run of the belt. The secondary position is the area from just past the point where the belt leaves contact with the head pulley to just before the belt contacts the snub pulley. This location is still within the discharge or dribble chute, allowing the removed carryback to return to the main material flow by gravity.
V-plow belt cleaner uses a specially designed suspension device in the installation, it is possible to adapt to change due to the belt tension or belt run lead fluctuates in the belt of the occasion.
