Description
The idlers are a very important component of the belt conveyor, Idlers are used for supporting belts and materials to ensure the steady running of belts. We provide all kinds of conveyor rollers, with the advantage of stable running, small vibrating, and long lifespan.
1. The Mingsen adopts special fine-welding steel pipe for the idler. The roundness is controlled in a special tolerance scope.
2. The axle is according to standard tolerance and manufactured by fine cold drag steel.
3. The bearing housing has been manufactured after stamping many times by the imported cold-griped steel.
4. The idler shell and bearing housing have been welded together by the automatic welding machinery.
5. The bearing is the big radial clearance, deep groove ball, and double sealing bearing.
It makes the idler have the ideal static and dynamic balance
The company has done the special design and several labyrinth seal styles (JRC,CEMA,DTII,TK…).

Remark:
1. The diameter of the idler could be correctly selected according to the belt width and travel speed.
2. The colour of the paint can be according to customer requirements, and also be Zinc-plated.
